Certificate Program Disclaimer

JAMILINA Holistic Health and Wellness (“JHHW” “us” “we”) reserve the right according to its articles and governing by-laws to grant certificates in the field of Natural Health based studies. JHHW is a private educational Distance Learning Company. Therefore, all coursework is completed by students without the necessity of being in a classroom.

JHHW is not regionally accredited by the US government. Accreditation or approval for an institution of learning represents a validation that the school programs have been thoroughly investigated and found worthy of recognition. This investigation is conducted by a qualified group (or board) of people familiar with the programs offered like those provided by JHHW. Based upon the needs of students, JHHW has chosen not to acquire national or regional accreditation from any group that is recognized by the US Department of Education. We prefer to seek accreditation from organizations that are well versed in the field of Natural Health and Wellness studies that sets high standards and qualifications for learning institutions.

Learners awarded of the certificate programs offered by JHHW do not qualify them to diagnose health conditions or prescribe any medications or pharmaceutical drugs.

The certificate programs offered are not to practice medicine. JHHW Graduates do not diagnose or cure any disease, and they do not prescribe any medicines or pharmaceutical drugs.  These studies are completely separate from and not related to any secular federal or state governmental accredited degrees and authority or any other healthcare license the graduate may have.

Certificate Programs offered by JHHW are NOT equivalent or comparable to a Doctor of Medicine Degree (M.D.). JHHW course materials and any recommendations therein, as well as any recommendations made by faculty members, instructors, and/or staff, are provided for educational purposes only and are not intended to replace diagnosis and/or treatment by licensed medical practitioners.  JHHW offers the materials in good faith, with the belief that they are accurate. However, because the use of the materials by others is outside JHHW’s control, it cannot guarantee the effectiveness of this information and does not accept any liability for the use or misuse of this information.
